Information you submit and account records

We collect the name, business name, email, business city, selected trade, website, message, and permission choices you submit. Accounts also use login identifiers, salted password hashes, verification and recovery records, preferences and subscription records. We retain the wording, version and date of submitted permissions and accepted request terms. Sample, application and contact forms do not collect card details. Billing providers handle payment forms; our integration receives relevant payment references, amounts, and payment or subscription status.

Public permit information

We obtain permit numbers, project descriptions, issue dates, status, locations and other available fields from City of Phoenix GIS records and apply trade-matching rules. When a unique city parcel match supplies a missing location, we label it and provide a verification source. Qualifying records and our annotations are made available to subscribers, including paying subscribers, under their selected trade and age tier. Homeowner phone numbers and email addresses are not promised. Removing or correcting a record in our service does not change the city record.

Uses and recipients

We use information to fulfill requests, review applications, operate accounts and feeds, reconcile billing, provide support, secure the service, investigate misuse, preserve permission and communication choices, and meet legal requirements. Netlify hosts the website and private request/account storage. GoHighLevel/LeadConnector receives business inquiries and supports customer and billing records. Stripe processes payments through the billing integration. Resend handles requested samples, verification and recovery emails, confirmations, notifications and delivery events. Our mailbox provider handles replies. Authorized personnel and service providers access information as needed for these functions. We may disclose information where required by law. Paid distribution of public permit records is distinct from our submitted-contact practices: we do not sell your submitted business contact information or account credentials.

Cookies browser storage and map requests

Sign-in uses security cookies. Saved permit bookmarks remain in your browser storage. Maps request basemap tiles from a third-party provider and may reveal ordinary request information such as an IP address to that provider. Hosting, security, email and billing providers may process ordinary request, security and delivery logs. Clearing browser storage may remove bookmarks or affect sign-in.

Retention and security

We keep information while needed to handle requests, operate accounts, manage the business relationship, reconcile payments, preserve consent and suppression records, address security or misuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Deletion requests are reviewed by the operator, including any required retention and technical limitations. Access to private request and account records is restricted. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and sign-in uses secure cookies. No system is completely secure; applicable incident-notification duties remain in force.

Requests and communication choices

Contact info@permitleadfeed.com or use our contact form to request access, correction, deletion, or review of information about you, including permit-data accuracy or suppression. We may need to verify identity or authority and explain applicable limitations. We respond as required by applicable law; rights and exceptions depend on the person, information and jurisdiction. Marketing permission is optional and separate from requested service communications. Use the marketing unsubscribe method or contact us to stop promotional messages. Marketing opt-out and pausing feed email do not by themselves cancel billing; clear requests to end a subscription are handled as cancellation. A sample or application is not consent to unrelated calls or texts.

Audience and policy changes

This service is intended for businesses and adult representatives. Contact us about information submitted by mistake. The published version and date identify this notice. Material changes are accompanied by notice or consent where required; a privacy-policy update does not amend an accepted subscription contract.
