Permit Lead Feed is an independent permit research service at PermitLeadFeed.com. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Phoenix. We organize public permits and explain inferred trade relevance; a permit does not establish homeowner interest, consent to contact, an unawarded job, or a guaranteed sale.

The plan prices, delivery schedules, shared 20-business premium limit, and age thresholds in the current public offer above apply. Permits under 14 days old are reserved within our service for the premium group. City issue age starts from the reliable city issue timestamp, or midnight America/Phoenix for a date-only issue field; each day is 24 hours. Late publication, import, signup, and upgrades do not reset age. Records without a verifiable issue date are withheld from age-qualified feeds until verified. Delayed Daily becomes eligible at 14 days and may include older records; Free Weekly becomes eligible at 30 days and receives the next weekly batch. Empty emails are skipped. We cannot deliver before the city makes usable records available. Volume, completeness, actual age at publication, owner contact details, and available work are not guaranteed.

The 20-business cap is shared across Premium Daily and Premium Hourly for each trade and market, across all ZIP filters. Several businesses in your trade may receive the same permit, and a permit may match several trades. An upgrade keeps the same place. Public availability counts show active paid memberships and may be cached; they are not reservations or guaranteed inventory. We confirm availability and activation separately. We will not use promotions or duplicate accounts to exceed the cap.

Premium waitlist. To join and remain on the premium waitlist, the same business must maintain an active, paid Delayed Daily subscription at $20/month or $200/year prepaid for the same trade and market. Free Weekly and unpaid plan requests do not qualify. When a premium place opens, Provider checks current subscription status; an inactive Delayed Daily subscriber is skipped and the next eligible business is considered. A waitlist entry does not reserve or guarantee premium access. Ordinary cancellation of renewal preserves eligibility through the verified paid period; an expired paid period does not qualify. Selection requires separate approval, acceptance of any upgrade price and billing change, and confirmation of activation; it does not itself authorize a premium charge.

Use is limited to the approved company and trade. Do not resell, publish, forward supplied leads or service-derived opportunities to another business or trade, share credentials or outside inbox/CRM access, pool subscriptions, or supply competing lead lists. These restrictions apply to accepted free subscriptions too. Approved employees may use records privately for your business. Necessary project information may be shared with a bound subcontractor after you secure the customer engagement, solely to perform that work. Independently and lawfully obtained public facts remain outside our ownership claim. The full Subscription Agreement explains permitted use and post-termination deletion and limited retention.

You are responsible for lawful outreach, required consents, do-not-call screening, opt-outs, contractor licensing, advertising, and your work. Public permits are not permission to call, text, enter property, or imply government affiliation. We do not send cold outreach for you. We remain responsible for our own lawful sourcing and distribution of records.

Paid monthly plans renew until canceled. Cancel renewal at any time before the next renewal through My account > Subscription at https://permitleadfeed.com/account/subscription or email info@permitleadfeed.com. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access through the already-paid period, with no 30-day notice requirement or cancellation charge. Ordinary partial-month refunds are not provided except under the guarantee, express service-failure rights, billing-error correction, or law. If our portal is unavailable, email remains available. We acknowledge cancellation within two business days; a timely request is effective on receipt even if processed later. Free Weekly can be stopped at any time and never becomes paid without a separate choice and consent.

If you have not closed a lead from your permit feed, cancel and request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 30 days of that payment. No questions asked; no proof required. This covers every paid monthly plan, including Delayed Daily. Email info@permitleadfeed.com asking for both cancellation and refund. Canceling renewal alone does not request a refund. Your confirmation states the payment date and deadline; a request received by 11:59 p.m. America/Phoenix on the date 30 days after the first successful payment is timely. Plan changes do not restart the window. We initiate the full first-payment refund, including associated tax without processing deductions, within 10 business days; later upgrades or renewal payments have their own disclosed refund rules.

A guarantee cancellation ends access and releases your premium place when we receive it. Your business cannot sign up again for any plan for three calendar months from that date, including through another email or representative. Eligibility returns on the corresponding date three months later, or that month's last day if necessary. We do not reserve your place; all 20 may be taken when you return. This restriction applies to an elected guarantee cancellation, not to ordinary cancellation or a mandatory, billing-error, or Provider-breach refund. Mandatory rights remain available.

Before paid activation or free-feed enrollment, you must be able to retain the completed Order Form and Subscription Agreement version 2026 10 25 F and affirmatively accept them. The Agreement contains the full service duties, warranty disclaimers, reasonable suspension and termination process, liability limits with nonwaivable exceptions, Arizona governing law and court venue subject to mandatory law, and remedies. No automatic $5,000 penalty applies. Schedule A is inactive unless separately justified and signed. These terms do not waive the guarantee or statutory rights. The full Agreement applies when presented and expressly accepted; a privacy acknowledgment alone is not contract acceptance.

Annual prepayment and renewal refunds

Annual prepaid subscriptions cost $990 USD for Premium Daily, $1,990 USD for Premium Hourly, or $200 USD for Delayed Daily, per approved business and trade in the City of Phoenix market. The full amount is charged in advance for 12 months and automatically renews for successive 12-month terms until canceled. The initial annual payment is non-refundable and excluded from the monthly first-payment guarantee. Subscriber may cancel and request a full refund of an annual renewal charge within 30 days after that renewal by emailing info@permitleadfeed.com; no lead-closing condition or proof is required. The request must be received by the instant 30 elapsed 24-hour days after the successful renewal payment; the confirmation states that deadline in America/Phoenix. We initiate a timely full renewal refund within 10 business days of receiving the request. The refund covers that renewal charge only, including associated taxes without fee deductions; access ends and any premium place is released when the refund is processed. After that window, ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and retains access through the paid term, with no annual or prorated refund. Annual renewal refunds do not impose the monthly guarantee three-calendar-month return restriction. Mandatory rights, billing-error correction, and express Provider-breach or service-discontinuation remedies remain available. We send an annual renewal reminder 31 days before renewal stating the date, amount, term, and cancellation and renewal-refund methods, with any additional notice required by law.

Historical sample use

A requested sample is a one-time historical demonstration for internal evaluation by the named business and selected trade. It is not a subscription, payment authorization, premium reservation, or current lead list. By separately accepting these sample-use terms before release, you agree not to resell, publish, forward, distribute or provide outside-business access to the supplied sample or derived lists. Public facts obtained independently and lawfully remain outside our ownership claim. A sample and public permit do not supply consent to call, text, enter property or imply city affiliation. Subscription General Terms apply to an activated subscription only with a completed accepted Order Form and confirmation.

Read, print or save the full Subscription Agreement General Terms. Existing accepted contracts retain their accepted versions; new posted wording does not silently amend them.
