PHOENIX BUILDING PERMITS FOR YOUR TRADE

LIMITED PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Why only 20 businesses per trade?

You want to find projects early, with room to compete. We limit premium membership to protect the value of that head start.

THE THINKING BEHIND THE LIMIT

Enough opportunity for a group. A reason to keep it small.

When you use building permit leads to find potential work, timing matters. So does how widely the same information is shared. We limit premium membership to give your business a useful head start within our service.

We believe Phoenix has enough permit activity to support a group of businesses in each trade. A single contractor cannot reasonably pursue every relevant project. Your service area, crew capacity, project size, and schedule all affect which projects fit your business. With too few businesses in the group, there could be more project activity than those teams could reasonably pursue.

Adding more and more premium members would put the same fresh permit information in front of an ever-larger group of businesses in your trade. We believe that would dilute the value of early access.

We believe 20 is the right balance: enough businesses to pursue a range of projects while keeping premium membership limited.

Twenty is our considered membership limit. It does not predict how many jobs each member will win. Permit activity and project fit vary by trade and over time.

What the 20-business limit means for you

  • One shared premium group. Premium Daily ($99/month) and Premium Hourly ($199/month) share a combined limit of 20 businesses per trade, per market. An upgrade keeps your existing spot.
  • A two-week head start within our service. Permits less than 14 days old are reserved for the premium group. Delayed Daily receives permits at least 14 days old; Free Weekly receives permits at least 30 days old. Permit age is measured from the city’s issue date. Delivery depends on when the city makes usable records available.
  • One limit across the market. Selecting different ZIP codes does not create another group of 20. Phoenix is our first supported market.

PREMIUM WAITLIST ELIGIBILITY

Keep an active $20 plan to stay on the waitlist.

To join and remain on the premium waitlist, your business must keep an active, paid Delayed Daily subscription at $20/month or $200/year prepaid for the same trade and market. Free Weekly and unpaid plan requests do not qualify.

Already have an active $20 plan? Join the premium waitlist from your account’s Subscription page. We verify your billing before adding your business.

  1. Keep your $20 plan active. This is required for your business to remain on the premium waitlist.
  2. We check your subscription when a spot opens. If your $20 plan is not active, we skip your business and consider the next eligible business on the waitlist.
  3. We confirm approval and activation separately. A plan request or a place on the waitlist does not reserve or guarantee a premium spot.

The $20 plan is required to stay eligible. You receive the Delayed Daily feed while you wait. Premium access begins only after approval and activation of a premium plan.

Limited membership, shared permit information

The exclusivity comes from the size of the premium group and its early access within Permit Lead Feed. Members in the same trade may receive the same matching records. We do not divide the permits into 20 separate lists or assign each project to one business.

City permit records remain public, and businesses can find them through other sources. A permit may also be relevant to more than one trade. Our membership limit controls participation in the premium feed; it does not limit everyone who might compete for a project.

A permit lead service built around your trade

Our Phoenix building permit feed matches public project records to fencing, landscaping, pools, gutters, and blinds & shutters. These records can support contractor lead generation by giving you potential projects to research. A permit does not establish that an owner is looking to hire or that work is still available.

Choose daily or hourly premium delivery to suit your follow-up routine. Both plans share the same 20-business limit.

More questions about the limit

What happens when all 20 premium spots are filled?

Businesses with an active, paid $20/month or $200/year prepaid Delayed Daily plan for that trade and market can join the premium waitlist. If you do not have that plan when a spot opens, we skip your business and consider the next eligible business.

Do the delayed and free plans also have a limit?

No. Delayed Daily ($20/month or $200/year prepaid) and Free Weekly ($0) accept unlimited businesses per trade. They receive older permits and do not use a premium spot. Only the active, paid $20 plan qualifies a business for the premium waitlist.

Does a smaller premium group mean more leads for each member?

The feed is shared, so group size does not determine your permit count. Matches depend on city records, your trade, and your filters. The cap limits how widely we share fresh permits within your trade’s premium group.
